Are You Concerned with the Air Quality in Your Home?
Concerned about surface or airborne mold in your home? Our team is trained to test for both airborne and surface mold growth through various certified testing methods, while conducting a thorough visual mold inspection, to scientifically assess the presence and severity of any contamination and determine the proper scope of work to recover the property as quickly as possible.
Our inspection and testing is typically done in 45-90 minutes, and results are typically received back from our 3rd party lab within 4-5 business days, but can be expedited to as soon as the next business day (subject to additional rush fees).

Many homes throughout Kansas City struggle with Radon issues as a result of our geographic (and geological) location. If you have concerns about Radon in your home, our Certified Radon Testing experts here at Genesis are equipped to professionally test for Radon over a 48-hour period to determine if your home and family may be exposed to elevated levels of this hazardous gas.
In many homes, especially those with pets or kids, dirt and allergens can seem to accumulate almost instantaneously. Our allergen testing involves the collection of a small sample of dust in the home, which is then sent to our 3rd party lab to identify the levels of specific allergens within your home, and whether they pose any health concern at those levels.
Our Air Audit measures the levels of 5 distinct air quality factors over a 48-hour period within the home and is a useful “first look” at the general air quality of a home, before considering the need for more specific (and costly) testing or remediation options.
