Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage mold and moisture remediation projects, serving as the primary team contact.
• Conduct inspections and testing to ensure high standards of quality and safety.
• Manage projects from initial customer contact to completion, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Maintain and operate tools and equipment for environmental remediation.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and promote a culture of safety within the team.
• Navigate and work in confined spaces such as attics and crawlspaces.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and responding to inquiries.

Requirements:

• Experience in environmental services, construction, or a related field, focusing on remediation activities.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication skills for managing customer relationships and team interactions.
• Physical fitness, able to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Full-time, salaried position: $40,000 – $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
