Upcoming Pricing Changes – Spring 2025

Starting Monday, May 5th, 2025 – a $49 Inspection Fee will apply to all in-person home assessments. This fee supports the time, tools, and expertise we dedicate to evaluating your home’s health – and will continue to be waived if testing services are conducted at the time of inspection.

This Summer, we’ll also be introducing a new Virtual Estimate feature for customers seeking quick, convenient assessments for remediation needs – perfect for busy homeowners, real estate investors, and agents.

We’ve worked hard to absorb rising lab costs over the past several years without adjusting our pricing. However, with continued increases in the cost of professional sample analysis, we’re now making a modest update to our testing fees to reflect those changes – while continuing to prioritize affordability and exceptional service for every customer.

New Testing Fees – Effective May 5, 2025

Standard Turnaround (3–5 Days): $95
Two-Day Turnaround: $135
Next-Day Turnaround: $175
